Hi y’all, A rare thing has happened. I’ve spent several days off and on stealing moments to work on this newsletter and yet, I just can’t quite get it to come together. I have bits half written and bits mostly written, and a couple not even started. I contemplated continuing to work and sending it a day or two late, but that doesn't feel like me. One of the reasons I love making this newsletter is that it marks for me where I am at the moment. And right now half finished, head a mess, can't seem to sort out a thought is where I am. Hard as that is to embrace I think the honesty of honoring where you’re at is important. Be where you are. I did actually get out and make a few pictures this month, and was looking forward to sharing them. I’d been working on a little piece of writing about living in the space between the darkness and the light, so I’ve left the heading in place and organized the photos below. They seem at home there, since they each play with the concept of light against dark. Well, most of them do anyway; the last one is just my pup sacked out on the back porch. He’s a fan of having days warm enough to snooze out there now. I managed to make a few posts this month too; a couple on the blog, and one over on the other page as well. I hope you’re each enjoying the season. We’re covered in pollen down here right now, but have so many beautiful blooms to show for it it’s hard to complain. Hopefully I’ll have my head sorted out by next month, and I’m sure will have much more to say. Thanks so much for being here. And you know I love to hear from you, so write me back. much love - kg
